Registration process: Android
  • Download and open YONO Lite SBI app from Play store, Select SIM 1 or SIM 2, which is registered with SBI to complete the Registration process. No SIM selection required in case of single SIM.
  • A message will be shown on the screen regarding sending an SMS from the device for validating mobile number.
  • Click on ‘Proceed’ button and an SMS containing a unique code will be sent from the device to a pre-defined Number. Kindly note that for sending the SMS standard SMS charges are applicable as per your SMS plan.
  • On registration screen, enter User Name and Password and click REGISTER button.
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions for registration by selecting the check box and click ‘Ok’ button.
  • After that an activation code will be sent to the registered mobile number. This activation code will be valid for 30 minutes.
  • User has to complete the activation by inputting the Activation code in the app.
  • User can now login to YONO Lite application.
 
Registration process: iOS
  • Download and open YONO Lite app from App store. A message will be displayed regarding sending an SMS from the device for validating the mobile number.
  • Click on ‘Proceed’ button, a unique code will be auto filled in default SMS app with a pre-defined Number. User must send the SMS within 30 seconds from Phone number linked with SBI Account to proceed. Kindly note that for sending the SMS standard SMS charges are applicable as per your SMS plan.
  • On registration screen, enter User Name and Password and click REGISTER button.
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions for registration by selecting the check box and click ‘Ok’ button.
  • After that an activation code will be sent to the registered mobile number.
  • User has to complete the activation by inputting the Activation code in the app.
  • User can now login to YONO Lite application.

My Accounts Account Summary Account summary give list of account/s link with customer profiles along with transaction summary.
Mini Statement Details of recent transactions made in Savings & Current accounts
View / Download Statement Shows the List of transaction for the selected account in the given date range.
e-Statement Subscription User can register and de-register for account statement on registered e-mail address. The statement is generated on 30th of every month.
mPassbook Mobile passbook for transaction and PPF accounts. Set PIN to access mPassbook from pre-login section even without internet connectivity

NCMC Debit Plus Card a contactless debit card works as regular CHIP based Debit Card can be used for any contact payment at POS or for online transaction in the same manner as the existing Debit Card. NPCI has developed new card specification i.e. qSPARC (Quick specification for payment application of RuPay chip) to cater contactless transaction. Customer can make electronic payment by just waving contactless card near POS terminal. SBAP scope is to recharge this NCMC Debit Plus Card using SBAP.

I have a Dual SIM phone. Whenever, I try to login to Yono Lite SBI, I get an error "Unable to connect... Please check your device network connectivity..."
  • Kindly ensure you have working network connectivity in either of the dual SIMs
  • Ensure that your primary SIM (1st SIM) is enabled for network connectivity (2G or 3G). In case, it is not, kindly swap the SIMs and try logging into the application
Application gives an error "Invalid Username and Password" in 'Yono Lite SBI' option of Register menu
  • Ensure you have registered for Yono Lite mobile banking
  • Ensure you have entered correct user credentials like User Id and Password
While logging in, below message is displayed and ‘Existing Yono Lite / INB User’ screen is shown. Why?
  • For existing INB customers using Yono Lite SBI, one time registration from the Register menu is mandatory to make use of Yono Lite SBI app.
This device needs to be authenticated to perform secure transactions over internet. Activation code to complete the above registration process will be sent to the mobile number registered with Bank.
After three invalid login attempts, “Application has been reset” error is shown For security reasons, application data is cleared on three consecutive invalid login attempts. Please complete the registration process from the Register menu to start using the app.
